Asmath is one of the founder members of the firm and the managing partner. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) - (FCA). Asmath specialises in Indirect Taxation. Asmath has worked through myriad engagements which have defined the next steps at AKK & Associates. A firm believer of the entrepreneurial model, he inspires and ignites passion, creativity and innovation in those around him.

Prior to co-founding AKK & Associates, Asmath has worked for Deloitte, one of the top 4 consulting firms in the world. Asmath also owned and headed the Bangalore division of the reputed Yoganandan & Ram Chartered Accountants.

Asmath is an avid follower of cricket, and enjoys adventure sports.

Khalid Khan
B.COM, ACA

Khalid is one of the founding members of AKK & Associates. Having worked at a senior level at KPMG prior to setting up his own practice, Khalid has an extensive knowledge in the field of Risk Advisory and Direct Taxation.

Prior to working for KPMG Khalid has worked for Capgemini and Unilever. He is an active alumni of KPMG.

With a passion for newer and challenging opportunities, he has been instrumental in the firm's foray into consulting and advisory services in the area of Risk Advisory, Taxation, IFRS, Financial Modelling, Internal Auditing, etc.

Khalid enjoys farming, and is a football enthusiast.
